  10 Things you can do, to beat stress and relax Now I know, relaxing or having peace of mind is next to impossible during these stressful times. But here is a list of activities that will help you beat stress, if you try ! 1. Take a nap- Honestly, this is my favorite activity, it takes no energy and yet calms you down! Recent studies show that naps reduce stress and strengthen the immune system of those who are sleep-deprived. It also keeps your blood pressure in check. This is your sign to take a pillow and blanket and take a nap! 2.Set small goals and complete them- We always start small, so set small goals, it could be something as small as making a daily routine (which you will have to follow, of course!), or writing a diary note before bed.
