Hi guys! I am sorry for not posting this yesterday, on World Mental Health Day. But better late than never! Here are seven ways in which you can have better mental health!- 1. Gratitude spreads positivity. Be grateful! -No one is perfect, I have my ups and downs too, but I always remember to take some time out in a day to just tell myself that I am doing a great job, to thank myself and everyone around me. We need to remember to give ourselves credit because no one else will. It's important for us to remind ourselves how far we have come so that we can push ourselves to get farther.     2. Take a break with nature! -Taking breaks and resting your mind is important, so take a refreshing break with nature, go on a walk in a park, interact with the soft winds outside, hear the leaves rustling and the birds chirping.
